Ingredient :👇
- Rukha kima ( bina fat yani bina charbi wala) 250 gram.
- Chana dal 250 gram.
- Lal Mitch 5-6.
- Kali Mitch ek tea spoon.
- Jira ek tea spoon.
- Laung 6-7 Kali.
- Chooti elaichi 4-5.
- Badi elaichi 2-3.
- Haldi powder 1 tea spoon.
- Tej patta 2.
- Ek choota tukda jayefal.
- 2 -3 jawetri .
- Ek dalchini ki lakdi.
- Ek cup pani.
- Oil talne ke liye.
- Pyaj barik kati
- Hari mirch barik kati .
- Namak swad anusar.
- 19. 4- 5 lahsun ki Kali.
Chana dal dholijiye or kima bhi ache se dho lijiye. Ab pressure cooker me dal ,kima , lal mirch, chooti elaichi, badi elaichi, laung, jayfal, jawetri, lakdi, tejpatta Kali mirch, jeera, haldi powder, lahsun, pyaj, swad anusar namak. Yani tel or hari mirch chood ke sari ingredients dal dijiye. Ab ek cup pani daal ke cooker band kr dijiye. 2- 3 sheeti ane per cooker utar lijiye.
Dekhiye cooker ka sara pani khatam ho gaya hai ya ni . Agar ni khatam hua hai to cooker khol ke pani jala lijiye.
Pani jal Jane per samagri ki pees lijiye. Dal ka sukha mixture tayar ho gaya. Ab es mixture me hari mirch or cate hue pyaj daal ker mila lijiye.
Mixture ka thoda thoda hissa le ke esko kabab ka shape dijiye. Or tave per tel dal ker sekh lijiye.
